Veritas® 開槽鉋的鑲刀墊片組 Veritas® Inlay Cutter Head for Veritas® Router Plane


此品項為開槽鉋的配件，讓您可以精確控制凹槽位置和深度。刀頭包含一對單斜面刀片，可刻劃出清晰的凹槽輪廓。再透過使用鑿刀，您可以快速消除刻痕線之間的廢料。


附帶整套的夾片和墊片可讓您設置刀片間距，從1/16" 至 15/32"（1.5mm至12mm）的槽寬。 整套包括四種尺寸的塑料夾片0.002", 0.005", 0.01", 0.02"，以及尺寸為0.04", 0.08" and 0.12" 鐵墊片。

Veritas® Inlay Cutter Head for Veritas® Router Plane

Simply attaches to Veritas router plane (Item # 05P3801)
Score a shallow groove to accept inlaid purfling, banding or stringing
Cutter head holds a pair of included single-bevel slicing blades that score outlines across, with or diagonal to the grain
Included set of shims and spacers lets you set blade spacing to defined groove widths from 1/16" to 15/32" (1.5mm to 12mm)
Set includes five each of four sizes of plastic shims (0.002", 0.005", 0.01", 0.02") and one each of 0.04", 0.08" and 0.12" steel spacers
Fence (available as optional accessory for Veritas Router plane) is used to guide cutter blades at a consistent offset
For following curved edges, a non-marring brass stylus can be threaded onto fence rod
